Excellent tennis and pickleball combo teaching opportunity for a lead instructor looking to be involved in the fastest growing program in Charlotte. This position offers vast potential for both pickleball and tennis program development.  Professional communication, organization, and basic administrative skills are a must.  

Responsibilities will  include spearheading program development of a lit, 6 court pickleball facility.  This is a private facility that allows non member participation.  Adult and junior clinics along with structured open play are desired.  We have a large demand for tennis clinics and lessons at our other facilities under management which, together, will be a full time position.  This is a unique opportunity to build a program while also being an integral part of our established programs.  Our work environment is energetic and relies on individuals that wish to serve as professionals in a team oriented atmosphere. Both hourly and percentage compensation with unlimited growth potential are available for the right candidate.
