Summary
Answer general questions pertaining to events and provide directions in and around Blue Cross Arena. Assist patrons in locating assigned seats and resolve issues as they arise.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of service to patrons during events
- Provide access control to those with proper credentials and valid tickets to event and/or specific area of Arena
- Monitor work area and report relevant information to supervisor, including housekeeping, security, medical, and guest service issues
- Work under limited supervision and apply broadly defined procedures to varying situations
- Responsible for obtaining and having a working knowledge of all procedures and directives that pertain to each event
- Read tickets and have a firm grasp of arena
- Ability to remain calm and address all situations
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand for extended period of time, be able to climb stairs and be comfortable working at heights
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge in ASL and Spanish preferred

Compensation
- The pay for this role is $16.75
