The Atlanta Gladiators seek an energetic, hard working, and motivated individual to run the game operations and serve as the point person for partnership fulfillment. Create new ideas to increase fan interaction, involvement and participation during the game.  Make sure that all partnership elements are fulfilled. The candidate will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales.
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:
1.       Sells Ticket Packages, Group Tickets, and Partnerships, including lead generation, solicitation, and service at arena.  Focus on large parties, complexes, etc.
2.       Serves as liaison between Team and arena management and personnel (ushers, ticket takers, concession operator, etc.).
3.       Responsible for set up and tear down of all game day elements pertaining to guest experience and Partnership fulfillment
4.       Work Closely with the Ticket Sales and Corporate Sales Departments Operations Manager to develop, plan and execute special events during games.
5.      Responsible for implementation and execution of all game day operations including game contests, permanent and temporary signage installation and removal, concourse activities, pre-game ceremonies, and post-game activities:
a.       National Anthem
b.       Canadian Anthem
c.       Puck Drop
d.       God Bless America
e.       On Ice Activities
f.        In-Stand Promotions
7.       Responsible for budget and production of all arena signage.
8.       Assist with execution of arena atmosphere elements (announcements, music, LED graphics and text, video board content).
9.       Main contact for Partners with relation to fulfillment of agreement, including, but not limited to: in game activities, concourse tables, graphics, announcements, prize packages, etc.
10.   Responsible for writing game day script to include all activities and Partnership fulfillment elements.
13.   Responsible for meeting with management staff, on a weekly basis, to provide updates and review upcoming game activities and events.
14.   Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:
1.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
2.       Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, leadership, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
3.       Experience directing and managing game operations to execute promotional activities and create the appropriate and desired atmosphere. 
4.       Proven ability to work with both team and arena personnel and perform at an exceptional level in a fast-paced environment.
5.    Excellent computer skills.
6.     Must be a self-starter and team player.
7.     Proven ability to sell an intangible product (experience).
8.     Must be willing to work long hours, year-round, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
9.     Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10.   Must be able to work effectively, without supervision.
