The Idaho Steelheads are looking for multiple Marketing/Game Day Operations interns for the 2024-2025 season beginning in October and lasting until the beginning of April.  During the season, interns will have the opportunity to work all Idaho Steelheads home games, Front Street Fights MMA events, and select Idaho Central Arena events. The Steelheads Marketing/Game Day Operations Internship allows students to gain experience in the fast-paced sports marketing field.  The internship will be split between event days and non-event days.  On event days, interns will engage fans, activate partnership assets, and play a vital role in creating the best atmosphere in the ECHL.  Non-event days will include putting together proof of performance reports for partners and assisting in the filming of Steelheads' content. 

 

THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP.  INTERNS MAY QUALIFY FOR ACADEMIC CREDIT IF ALLOWED BY THEIR COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY

 

·        Assist in all promotional activities related to home games.

·        Label and organize proof of performance assets

 

·        Ability to multi-task

·        Strong Communication skills

·        Willingness to learn new skills

 

·        Availability to work the majority of Steelhead’s home games (Nights and Weekends)

·        Must be able to lift and carry 25-50lbs
