Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ticketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing initiatives related to tickets sales initiatives and fan growth, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Ticketing and Promotional Assets Management:
  • Schedule and submit all ticketing-related assets, including TV drops, radio drops, concourse blades, scoreboard sales, bathroom slates, and box office boards.
  • Manage creative requests for advertising and ticket sales creative needs

Social Media and Content Coordination:
  • Work in conjunction with our social media department to develop ideas and timelines in relation to theme and giveaway nights.
  • Work with the BI team to schedule theme and group emails along with Noteworthy Offers content.

Event Coordination:
  • Schedule volunteers for giveaway nights.
  • Coordinate theme night activations, including photo ops and vendor tables.
  • Manage promotional item inventory and maintain organization of the promotions closet.

Marketing Initiatives:
  • Create Fevo links for sales reps and marketing-related initiatives.
  • Develop marketing initiative recaps to analyze campaign performance.
  • Assist the head of advertising with the management of ad placements and budget.
  • Write copy for radio scripts.
  • Schedule and coordinate DED (Digital Engagement and Development) activities.

Fan Programming:
  • Assist with additional fan programming as needed, including but not limited to Kids Club, Quarter Note Club, and Rink Rookies.
  • Develop a plan for surveying Kids Club and QNC members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • One to two years’ experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
