Position Summary:
The Pensacola Ice Flyers are looking for individuals to assist with events and game day operations as a Flight Crew member for the 2024-25 Season. We are looking for individuals who are eager for hands-on experience in multiple areas of events and operations that can provide consistent help. Volunteers can earn up to 5 volunteers hours per home game worked.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist with fan experience initiatives;
- Coordinate and conduct pregame/postgame set up & tear down;
- Represent the Ice Flyers organization and provide customer service to fans;
- Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Availability to work 75% of Ice Flyers home games;
- Dependable;
- Self-motivated;
- Enthusiastic and energetic;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Must be 16 or older;
- Understanding of hockey and Ice Flyers team history is a plus.

Game Day Operations Volunteers will report to the Game Operations Lead and other full-time staff as assigned. This is an UNPAID volunteer position.
