Job Summary & Purpose:
Sell Merchandise at The Big E fair & Game Nights providing customer service to fans interested in Merchandise on Game nights.
Essential Functions:
- Working with Cash Registers and processing payments.
- Giving Customers advise about sales & promotions
- Using upselling techniques to increase store sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Prior Retail Experience
Work Environment
- Ability to work with very little supervision and on own.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 30lbs but not on a regular basis.
Work Authorization/ Security Clearance Requirements
- Have own transportation or a means to get to and from Job. (We are on a bus route)
