Role and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overseeing, managing, and performing the daily operations for Storefront Concessions and to maintain the food quality standards, professional standards, and exceptional service standards set forth by Ryan Sanders Sports Services.

Essential responsibilities

·          Responsible for all Concessions Operations 
·          Assist General Manager in aligning optimal POS and TPV for all public events
·          Develop training standards for alcohol service, food service, customer service, safety
·          Ensure ordering of appropriate stock for events
·          Develop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives for the Food and Beverage Department 
·          Instrumental in development and use of inventory spreadsheet management, month end procedures and overall control of F&B inventory
·          Monitors the performance and improvement of the unit through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction 
·          Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations 
·          Ensure compliance with all alcohol, sanitation, health and safety regulations, laws and policies
·          Manage labor through effective scheduling and monitoring payroll  
·          Effectively manage food levels and production in a timely manner for all storefront and TPV event operations
·          Manage all equipment that needs to be used by the concessions and warehouse operation including rentals, cleanliness, maintenance, stocking
·          Adhere to all applicable company, state and federal laws and guidelines (TABC)
·          Ensure proper, accurate, and timely production records in order to service guests and control food cost.
·          Maintain inventory organization, tracking and requisition and perform monthly inventory of non-chargeable items 
·          Manage talent through hiring, performance review and development
·          Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Skills

·          Microsoft Office, POS Systems, food and beverage equipment
·          Able to lift up to 45lbs on a regular basis
·          Able to work extended or irregular hours including nights and weekends
·          Communicates well both written and oral, and can communicate clear directions
·          Must have a fast pace can-do attitude with quick mobility
  • Experience in reconciling inventory to cash scenarios via POS systems

qualifications

·          Minimum 5 years of progressive food and beverage supervisory and management experience
·          Knowledge of food and beverage storefront operations
·          Food Managers Certificate and TABC Certification
·          Fork Lift and OHSA certification required within 90 days of hire
