 | Role and Responsibilities This position is responsible for all Premium Services functions from origination to execution, including the delegation of responsibilities and post event follow-up, works on a consistent basis with sales personnel to generate new business and maintains contact with present accounts, and is responsible for handling customer complaints and rectifying problem situations.

Essential responsibilities ·             Coordinate all Premium Services functions (8) -          BEO’s, cut off times, product, staffing, collecting payments, SOP’s, Client or internal communications,    timely distributions  ·             Assist Food and Beverage manager and Chef in planning menus, and sometimes aid in the creation of specialty menus and theme functions (9)  -          Plan-o-grams – Suites, catering menu, chef’s table, Toyota Club, Game Day Menu, Pull List  ·             Audits and directs set-up (rental of tables, video, audio equipment, game equipment and linens) (9) -          Linen company, client communications  ·             Book or recommend entertainment such as bands, speakers, or specialty acts, if requested by customer -          N/A  ·             Organize and arrange for decorations, flowers and photographs (7)  ·             Conform to the regulations of the alcohol beverage authority (9) -          All staff certified, dual role for runners food and alcohol, no drinking on the job  ·             Implement and enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas (9)  ·             Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations (8) -          Manager Food Safety Certificate  ·             Establish and maintain accurate filing and posting systems for past, tentative and upcoming events (7) -          Shared drive, past, present and future staff grids, History, updated BEO’s  ·             Disseminate information to all concerned department heads and staff members and distribute detailed function sheets at weekly staff meetings (6) -          Staff Meetings, BEO’s on time, shift meetings, internal staff communications,  ·             May hire new staff members and discipline staff members (6) -          HR Alliance    ·             Handle customer complaints regarding catered functions and take action as appropriate (9) -          Michael Delay, “almost every event there has been a complaint” ·             Oversite on all contracts to include all specified details concerning catered events (10) -          Partner sensitivity  ·             Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required (10) -          Being present for every event, hourly team members can not lead events by themselves    

 Preferred Skills
·          Microsoft Office, POS Systems, food and beverage equipment (8) -          Quest, Spell Check ·          Able to work extended or irregular hours including nights and weekends (10) -          Event driven schedules ·          Communicates well both written and oral, and can communicate clear directions (8) -          Spell Check ·          Must have a fast pace can-do attitude and quick mobility (9) -         
Qualifications ·          Associates degree or above in culinary or hospitality field preferred (10) ·          Minimum 5 years supervisory experience (8) ·          Minimum 7 years of progressive food and beverage service (10) ·          Food Managers Certificate and TABC Certification (10) Must work well in a team environment (9) Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment (8) OTHER REQUIREMENTS ·       Requires occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds in weight, 10 pounds frequently.  Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
