Love the Georgia Bulldogs? Have you always wanted to be a part of the behind-the-scenes action at historic and iconic Sanford Stadium before, during and after the games? Do you love to talk to other fans about your favorite Dawgs and also have a passion for sales and sports marketing? JOIN OUR GAMEDAY AUCTIONS STAFF for the 2023 Bulldogs football season!
The season is already underway but we're always looking for a few team members to fill in our game day staffing when needed. Looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to work our silent auction booths for upcoming Georgia home football games left for the season. Please only apply if you're within traveling distance to Athens for each home game.

What the job entails:
  • Auction booth and autographed memorabilia product setup:  You will need to be at the stadium by call time which is usually approx. 5.5-6 hours before kickoff. Be aware for 12pm games this can be around 6:30am arrival time. This part of the job does require some lifting and physical labor.
  • Sales & Retail Functions during game: Our auctions begin when the gates open. You'll be ready to greet incoming fans with a big smile and be ready to help them with any questions about the silent auction format, product/autograph questions and using our Square POS system on the iPad app to check people out who may want to purchase certain items before the auction ends. **Please note: this is a great opportunity to be in the stadium and among the excitement of game day but there is not too much opportunity to actually watch the game.** After the silent auctions conclude at the end of halftime, customers will need help finding their bid sheets to see if they won, pay for their items and arrange shipping or pickup after game. This is also when we put our best sales skills to the test, seeing if people are interested in purchasing any of the items that did not go in the auction. This will continue through the end of the game and until most people have left the stadium.
  • After the Game: Booth teardown and packing up items that are left to be loaded into our truck/van later. Putting away supplies and organizing bid sheets and getting everything packed away for the next game. This can last 1-2.5 hours post-game.
The Numbers:
  • Compensation is $20/hr in cash paid after each game.
  • $20 re-imbursement for parking (if applicable) and up to $15 for food. You are responsible for finding parking and getting to the meet-up location at the stadium by call-time. We can provide suggestions.
  • Must be able to lift 20-50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time.
We look forward to you joining our team!
