What We Want You To Accomplish:
Your primary objective is to help fill Hayward Field for any TrackTown USA event, including The Prefontaine Classic, and delight our audiences--creating long-lasting, memorable experiences while optimizing revenue.

How You’ll Make An Impact:
Ticket Sales Marketing and Operations (50%) – You will be responsible for creation of a data-driven decision making to sell event tickets and drive attendance for TrackTown USA-sponsored events. You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop ticket pricing strategy and coordinate group sales opportunities, VIP Hospitality, and fundraising initiatives affiliated with events. You will also establish policies and procedures to record all ticket sales, ticket distribution and allocation, track inventory and manage venue manifest.
You will also plan and implement a customer service strategy that provides spectators with first class support, resolves customer ticket issues efficiently, and develops relationships with key audiences.

Campaign Marketing (30%) - You will work with the Brand team and Digital Innovation staff to develop promotional and marketing content for revenue generation, including growth in ticket sales and merchandise sales. 

Event Delivery (15%) - You will help deliver the world’s top track and field/athletics meetings in 2025, including but not limited to The Prefontaine Classic and others.

TrackTown USA, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to setting a standard of excellence in hosting premier track and field events, creating a supportive environment for elite athletic performances, being a leader in sustainable sport practices, and inspiring the next generation of track and field athletes and fans. The organization was responsible for organizing the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships, the 2015, 2022, and 2023 USATF Outdoor Championships, the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Portland, and the 2016, 2020, and 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials—Track & Field. In partnership with USA Track & Field, the organization brought the 2022 World Athletics Championships to the United States for the first time. TrackTown delivers the Wanda Diamond League’s recurring Prefontaine Classic, recognized as one of the world’s best track and field meets.
