Summary:
The Manager of Food and Beverage Logistics will assist with the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage related efforts across the Miami Open and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix properties. This individual will recruit local and internationally known brands to provide elevated experiences in all hospitality and concession areas. This individual will lead all F&B related operations and help maintain quality standards across the Campus
Location:
This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all operational elements for the campus build out pertaining to F&B initiatives
- Design all back of house spaces for hospitality and concession kitchens for events
- Communicate power and water needs for each kitchen unit
- Manage the placement and installation of all elements of hospitality and concessions areas including, but not limited to, tents, storage containers, kitchen equipment, facades, signage, utility connections, propane, etc.
- Work with Procurement to secure kitchen equipment and storage required for all events
- Lead the load in and load out plan, as well as a team of consultants
- Work with Sodexo Live! on POS allocation across campus to ensure the best service for our guests
- Manage assigned portions of the total budget set by Finance team for all aspects of F&B for the campus
- Collaborate with Community Relations in identifying local community restaurant partners to participate in events
- Present and communicate ideas for new and updated food and beverage concepts
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, construction/permitting, business administration or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced food service sanitation training course certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite as well as ability to learn NCR BOH software
- Available to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends consistent with entity events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required in English and additionally preferred in Spanish
