OVERVIEW - PROJECT COORDINATOR:
As a Project Coordinator at Elevate Creative, you will play a vital role in helping teams meet project
goals and objectives. You will assist in project planning, monitoring project progress, facilitating
team communication, and managing project documentation to ensure that projects are delivered
on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Project Planning:
    • Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
    • Collaborate with project managers to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Participate in project kick-off meetings and ensure that project teams have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  2. Team Coordination:
    • Act as a central point of contact for project team members and facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
    • Ensure that all team members are informed about project updates and deadlines.
  3. Documentation Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, action items, and project reports.
    • Organize and store project files and documents in a secure and easily accessible manner.
    • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and status reports.
  4. Budget and Resource Tracking:
    • Monitor project-related expenses and resource allocation.
    • Keep track of project budgets, alerting project managers to any financial concerns or discrepancies.
    • Assist in resource planning and allocation as needed.
  5. Quality Control:
    • Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring that project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
    • Assist in project risk assessment and issue resolution.
    • Conduct periodic project reviews to identify and address any deviations from the project
      plan.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

POSITION AND BENEFITS:
  •  Full Time, Exempt

  • Total Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 -- compensation is based on skills and experience.
