Nature of Work:

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment and the Colorado Rapids are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Membership Services leadership team as the Manager of Suites & Premium Service. The Manager of Suites & Premium Service will be responsible for overseeing all premium and hospitality spaces for the Colorado Rapids and DICK’S Sporting Goods Park. Job responsibilities include creating membership benefits and events, managing member accounts, and renewing and developing new business within the assigned client base.  The Manager of Suites & Premium Service must have a proven track record in hospitality, specifically in the sports realm, and be a professional and self-motivated individual.

 

Examples of work performed:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with Colorado Rapids premium clientele through proactive communication, including phone calls, emails, client office visits, and other communication creating personalized experiences and benefits
  • Create and grow working relationships and lines of communication with Colorado Rapids staff. 
  • Provides high-end level of service to existing & new Suites and Premium membership accounts.
  • Meets defined renewal and sales goals alongside the Business Development Sales Team. Including, but not limited to, annual suite leases, premium memberships, and team and concert suite rentals. 
  • Maximize customer satisfaction, attendance, and participation in all programs.
  • Superior working knowledge of premium memberships, pricing, and benefits.
  • Represent, actively promote, and manage all premium spaces at Colorado Rapids home matches and other events at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park
  • Plan and execute benefits for suites and premium memberships, specifically events
  • Drive new benefits for premium spaces for the Colorado Rapids, and 3rd party events.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Currently working a hybrid model of 50% from home and 50% from the office. During the season, mostly on weekends the expectation is to work every home match (varies from season to season but normally around 17 regular season and up to 4 playoff games) as well as concerts hosted at DSGP (normally around 4-6 total during the summer months). This is subject to change.        
  • May be required to work nights, evenings, and weekends.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
    2. Minimum of three years sales and service experience in professional sports or hospitality industry
    3. Ticketing System experience
    4. Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards
    5. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
  • Preferred
    1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience
    2. Ticketmaster – Ticketing System experience

  • Knowledge & skill with Ticketing systems, Ticketmaster preferred
  • Knowledge & skill with CRM system
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and assess customer needs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays.

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range $75,000 annually
  • Eligible for discretionary bonus
