Nature of Work:

The Payment Solutions Administrator will be a key member in supporting the Treasury department, managing the banking and merchant service relationships for all Kroenke Sports & Entertainment entities – including KSE Holdings, KSE Media & Radio, Kroenke Vineyards, SkyCam, and Outdoor Sportsman group. This includes administering banking sites, managing our merchant service relationships, and ensuring the company is compliant with payment-related policies and regulations.

 

Examples of work performed:

                             

  • Assist in managing company Merchant Accounts (Visa Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) 
  • Analyzes monthly merchant reports and review accounts for accuracy
  • Orders credit card supplies and equipment
  • Works with Client Rep. on a regular basis to ensure compliance with credit card policy and regulations
  • Laise with banking partners and merchant services providers to make decisions on products and services to best support Treasury operations
  • Administer company banking sites 
  • Assist in managing company bank accounts, including dissolutions and closures, formation of new accounts, and changes to account structures and records
  • Assists with implementing and documenting Treasury controls and operating procedures
  • Assists departments with chargeback and fraud inquiries
  • Collaborates on system implementation projects
  • Assists with other Treasury-related tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 
    1. High School or GED
    2. Minimum 2+ years professional experience within banking field.
    3. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Preferred
    1. BS/BA degree in field or related field 
    2. Certification or additional degree
    3. Advanced excel skills

Compensation:

  • Salary range 55,000 – 70,000
