The Role


The In Seat Coordinator is an hourly position that will provide exceptional guest service to the In Seat customers. The coordinator will support the In Seat Manager and or In Seat Supervisor in day-to-day operations and coordination of event information. The In Seat coordinator must be extremely detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communication within Seat Manager, Supervisors/Administrators, food and beverage sales, organization, and maintenance of Tapin2 system, and have exceptional customer service. Must be able to operate in a fast paced, demanding environment efficiently.

Responsibilities

The In-Seat Coordinator is an hourly position that will provide exceptional guest service to the In-Seat customers. The coordinator will support the In-Seat Manager and/or In-Seat Supervisor in day-to-day operations and coordination of event information. The In-Seat coordinator must be extremely detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communication with In-Seat Manager, Supervisors/Administrators, food and beverage sales, organization, and maintenance of the ordering system, and have exceptional customer service. Must be able to operate in a fast paced, demanding environment efficiently.


  • Primary responsibilities consist of maintaining the flow of orders, handling delivery delays, ensuring all orders are completed quickly and correctly, delivered in a timely manner and coordinating with the In-Seat Manager
  • Responsible for working closely with the In Seat Supervisor/ In Seat Manager to ensure a seamless experience on game day by expediting orders placed on the Tapin2 system
  • Acts as a liaison between the kitchen staff and runners
  • Assisting the In-Seat Supervisor of all inventories on hand
  • Ensuring effective communication in the kitchen by calling out orders, obtaining status updates on different items, dispatching runners to pick up and deliver completed orders to guest
  • Monitoring the food portions on completed items according In-Seat standards.
  • Ensuring that all orders are completed in a timely manner and correctly bagged with corresponding condiments
  • Maintaining the cooking, storage, and prep areas clean, neat, and well-stocked.
  • Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the kitchen to the runners
  • Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
    • Provide In-Seat Manager/ In-Seat Supervisor with information that requires a comprehensive knowledge of menus, company policies, practices, and operations
    • Responsible for updating and maintaining ordering system
    • Maintains In-Seat information in a confidential manner
    • Handle inquiries, requests, and present information in a professional manner
    • Ability to explain and answer questions about menu items, specials, company policies, procedures, and operations in detail
    • Must be able to enter order refunds/ and put orders together quickly and efficiently
    • Must be able to pull and produce appropriate reports for the back of the house and front of the house daily
    • Independently responds to inquiries, verbally or in writing. Must have the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking customer service setting
    • Always maintains positive public relations with inter-departmental and outside contacts
    • Prioritizes work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance as to established times
    • Must be efficient and accurate with data entry
    • May be needed in many different areas in emergency situations
    • Maintain the In-Seat Pantry and its equipment and supplies
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

    • Ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time
    • Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity
    • 1-3 years Expo/ Restaurant experience
    • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
    • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, and the ability to learn and apply varied computer programs
    • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system
    • High School Diploma

COMPENSATION

Part-Time

$18.39 per hour
