Suites Coordinator

The Suites Coordinator is primarily responsible for delivering a superior level of service to Suite Members. The Coordinator will support the Suites Manager in day to day operations and coordination of event information.  The Suite Coordinator should be a professional, customer service-oriented, well organized and positive individual. The Suites Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Suites Manager.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • This position is focused on servicing and retaining Suite Member relationships.
  • Responsible for maintaining, account options, weekly ordering reminders, responsible for creating new accounts in POS , processing payments along with all other aspects of account management while providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
  • Oversees the general operations of assigned Suites, including supervising the Pantry Coordinators, Suite Supervisors, Runners and Suite Attendants on Event Day
  • Responsible for servicing assigned Suite Member accounts.
  • Support the Suite operation team in setup, suite walks, cold push and all other operational needs required for successful game day execution.
  • Suite Member payment invoicing and collections and work diligently toward a 100% collection rate each year.
  • Deliver weekly touchpoints to Suite Members via email, phone or written communications to ensure a quality experience and manage client expectation.
  • Responsible for collecting orders for assigned Suites and PGL accounts.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to Suite Members and internal staff.
  • Maintain accounts, communication with the kitchen based on special Suite Member request.
  • Adheres to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines and ensure Krewe Members are doing the same.
  • Additional responsibilities as determined by management.

 

 

Requirements

  • Prior sports sales/service/hospitality industry or equivalent experience is required.
  • Possess strong team-oriented work ethic and a positive, “Service-First” attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment, aiding and support to team members.
  • Previous working experience with Suites or Premium POS system.
  • Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). Suite Coordinators are expected to be available, at minimum, the 5 days prior to an event and event day
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games and major Stadium events.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
  • Have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators.
  • Follow and encourage team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
