The Role and What You’ll Do:

Do you love Sports? Would you like to recruit for positions that support the most iconic sports event in the world?  If so, we have a great opportunity at On Location for a Sr. Recruiter (contract) to support our Olympics/Paralympics recruiting project for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics!

The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage relationship-building skills to create meaningful connections with hiring managers throughout the company and identify the best candidates to fill vacancies.  The position supports business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting candidates for positions throughout the company using various sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. 

  • Own a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 15-30 requisitions at any given time
  • Work with hiring managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan/strategy in support of talent initiatives to ensure an exceptional hiring experience
  • Post job openings and creatively generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting methods and resources
  • Manage the candidate selection/interview process to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience for each the candidate
  • Ensure candidates embody the mission, vision and values of the company
  • Partner with the HR and Diversity and Inclusion Teams to assist in initiatives around sourcing strategies and the creation of an inclusive interview experience
  • Attend area Career Fairs to promote the company and attract talent
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

You Have These:

  • Solid corporate recruiting experience required
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and positive attitude
  • ATS system experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with recruiting trends
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with evaluating, creating and managing Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies
  • Able to take independent action to follow through on open items
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and to work in an ever-changing environment with a work style focused on solving problems and driving results
  • Fluent in Italian & English

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Agency recruiting experience
  • Experience with Workday strongly preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of sports hospitality industry within Milan
  • Passion for the Olympics and sports hospitality

Working Conditions: 

  • Fixed Term Position – Milan
  • Working hours are:  9am – 5pm
  • End Date:  January 30, 2026
  • Working days are:  Monday – Friday
  • Travel:  Very limited travel
