Role Summary
As a Producer at OneTeam Partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our clients and production partners. Acting as a liaison, you will manage the flow of information and assets, schedule meetings, and ensure that all parties are aligned throughout the production process. Your ability to be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both client and internal relationships is critical to the success of our projects. 
 
Your role as Producer ensures that OneTeam Partners delivers exceptional service to our clients and maintains a high standard of production quality. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our projects, the satisfaction of our clients, and the overall growth of the company.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Production Partner Liaison:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and production partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
    • Schedule and manage recurring external meetings with clients and internal meetings production partner(s).
    • Act as an on-site liaison during production, supporting both client and production needs.
  • Production Management:
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive production book, detailing all aspects of the production, including scheduling, tracking key tasks, deliverables, and more.
    • Take detailed notes during meetings, creating internal and external versions that highlight key next steps.
    • Manage the production calendar, ensuring all key dates and deadlines are tracked and communicated.
  • Asset Management:
    • Request and gather all key materials and assets from clients, including brand style guides, graphics, scripts, and more.
    • Archive key resources and information in the project folder and/or project management tool.
  • Post-Production Coordination:
    • Oversee the post-production process, working closely with the post supervisor to manage edits and feedback.
    • Ensure timely delivery of post-production assets to clients and facilitate revisions as needed.
    • Archive final assets in OneTeam’s content library once fully delivered.
  • Content Ideation:
    • During downtime, brainstorm and develop ideas for long-form content and campaign strategies for existing licensees.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to pitch and refine content concepts.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Production.
 
 
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Over 3 years of experience in a producer role, with a strong background in agency or production environments.
    • Deep understanding of the production process, from pre-production through post-production.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with production partners.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in project management tools and software.
    • Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and respond quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned productions.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and a strong understanding of brand storytelling.
 
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 + bonus opportunities
OneTeam Partners offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits, wellness benefits, paid vacation, and a 401k plan. The above compensation reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on Los Angeles, CA and current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Title and actual pay may be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Working Conditions 
The working conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the Producer position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines. The role involves both office-based tasks and on-site production responsibilities, which may include working at studios, event locations, or client offices. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and move around production sites, and may occasionally need to lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Travel is required for on-site production management, which may include occasional overnight or weekend travel depending on project needs.
 
The employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, production partners, and internal teams, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Flexibility in working hours is expected, with occasional extended hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly during active production periods or when approaching key deadlines. Proficiency with project management tools, content libraries, and communication platforms is essential, as the role regularly involves the use of scheduling software, tracking tools, and asset management systems. The nature of production work can involve high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, requiring the employee to manage stress effectively and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
