RESPONSIBILITIES:

US Club Soccer is seeking Seasonal Member Administrators (SMAs), which are temporary part-time positions primarily responsible for player and staff registration/eligibility requirement verifications between July and September when volume is high.

The specific schedule is flexible and may include non-traditional hours such as evenings and/or weekends. SMAs are expected to work between 20 – 40 hours each week.

Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to:
  • Participate in training session(s)
  • Player proof of birth verifications
  • SafeSport Training verifications
  • Adverse Eligibility List Review verifications
  • Other player and staff registration/eligibility requirement verifications
  • General member administration support and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires an individual who produces a high volume of work output, is efficient but diligent, motivated, of high integrity, and able to work independently. The individual must also have proficiency with technology, general software and online platforms. Prior experience in a club registrar or similar role with soccer registration familiarity is preferred, but not required.

Seasonal Member Administrators must provide their own computer/laptop and monitor, which is subject to approval by US Club Soccer. US Club Soccer will provide access to the applicable software and online platforms.

This position is contingent upon passing a US Club Soccer background screening and completing SafeSport Training.

COMPENSATION:

$16 per hour.
