What you will do:
We are growing! We are looking to find a passionate Sr. Marketing Manager who can make a real impact through marketing. The Senior Marketing Manager, Baseball & Softball will be responsible to lead our key marketing initiatives focused on continuing to grow our Diamond Sports’ business. This role’s main priority will be to develop and lead execution of marketing plans for all product launches, brand ambassadors and contractual marketing assets in the Baseball/Fastpitch softball category to ensure that plans are based on relevant data, trends and/or key cultural insights. In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager will strive to ensure that our plans and execution speak louder than our budgets. This key position will also be the main liaison internally with the product, partnerships, creative, sales, digital marketing/e-commerce and social media teams.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of marketing strategy and executional elements as well as Baseball and Fastpitch Softball culture. This individual will need to have the ability to juggle several priorities at once and will need to be able to work independently but also be able to lead. 30% of travel will be required.
The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report directly to the VP, Marketing.
