Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic goals in collaboration with the Board.
- Work closely with the Board Chair to set an annual agenda for the board meetings.
- Develop and execute the annual business plan and budget, ensuring effective implementation.
- Implement robust governance and operational frameworks to support organizational growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to our dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MLR, USA Rugby, and our valued sponsors.
- Innovate in commercial activities to create new revenue streams and support our programs.
- Support the high-performance rugby program to recruit and develop top talent.
- Ensure effective management of our stadium to provide an optimal home for professional rugby.
Requirements: We are seeking a proven leader with experience as a Chief Executive or Senior Executive in the sports or entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, strong communication skills, and a deep passion for high-performance sports, especially rugby. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field is required.
