Job Summary
- Responsible for Supporting all CCFC Youth teams/Goalkeepers
- This is a part-time position - roughly 15-20 hours a week
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accountable for implementing and supervising player and coach development program for the goalkeepers
- Monitor Classic Player Development:
- Follow CCFC 1st team methodology
- Identify players:
- Dual rosters
- Guest players
- Work with Registrar for any player movement
- Head up and attend additional CCFC Youth player development opportunities with other ADOCs:
- Oversee Classic Coaching Staff with the Director of Soccer:
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to all coaches
- Assist DOS with regular coaching staff evaluations to ensure training sessions are lead effectively
- Provide coaching coverage as needed
- Implement player evaluation form to be completed by coach
- On call hours as needed
- Assist with CCFC Youth tryouts and player placement:
- Dual rosters or other player support
- Support the CCFC Youth and all of its current and future programs
- Supports and plays roll in parent communication pathway: 48 hours, Coach, ADoC, DoS, ExD, BoD
- Reports to the Director of Soccer
