  • Innovate: Develop and pitch creative marketing platforms that captivate forward-thinking companies and push the boundaries of traditional sponsorships.
  • Lead: Generate sales leads through networking, research, and strategic outreach, and negotiate multi-year, high-value contracts that meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with colleagues to tailor activation concepts to each partner’s objectives and deliver a seamless partnership experience.
  • Strategize: Build and present a comprehensive strategic plan to engage corporate communities in Chicago and beyond, aligning with senior leadership to maximize all corporate revenue streams.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully secured multi-million dollar partnerships and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Innovative Thinker: You bring fresh ideas to the table, with a knack for developing dynamic marketing platforms that resonate with potential partners.
  • Relationship Builder: Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills allow you to build strong connections and close deals
  • Driven by Results: You’re motivated by targets and have a relentless drive to exceed them.
  • Adaptable: You can navigate the demands of a fast-paced industry, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
