Ticket Operations: Box Office Ticket Seller
Purpose: To provide customer service and assist fans on our ticketing app; SeatGeek. 

Essential Functions/ Major Responsibilities (in order of importance):
  • Provide excellent customer service. 
  • Work with Unify Ticketing software. 
  • Assist fans with ticketing issues on Seat Geek app. 
Requirements:
  • Availability to work on weekends. 
  • Spanish language proficiency a huge plus
  • Flexible schedule: ability to work gamedays 
  • Computer proficient
  • Ability to learn ticketing software
  • Outgoing personality 
  • Quick learner 
  • Previous ticketing experience preferred, but not needed
  • Must be available to work September 25th  
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 
  • Customer Service 
  • Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish and English
