This Creative Content Producer is responsible for leading the development and execution of video and photo content for Racing Louisville FC. This position will collaborate with the communications and marketing teams to create dynamic content for multiple platforms. The Creative Content Producer will shoot, edit, and produce a high volume of projects throughout the year — including pieces that appear on the club’s social media channels, in-stadium at home games, and across traditional media platforms.
 
This full-time position consists of weekend work as demanded by the clubs schedule and will also handle assignments involving the USL Championship’s LouCity, Youth Academy, charitable foundation and non-soccer events at Lynn Family Stadium. Occasional travel may be necessary.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Create engaging video and photo content for multiple platforms from training sessions, games and other club events.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams — communications, marketing, sponsorship, etc. — to conceptualize and execute projects for internal and external clients.
  • Coordinate and execute video and photo shoots/projects.
  • Stay on top of trends within the video, sports social media, and motion graphics/animation industries.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in broadcast, digital media, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of cinematography and animation principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of working DSLR cameras and associated equipment, including sound and lighting gear.
  • Prior experience with a professional sports team and working knowledge of/passion for soccer are pluses.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, innovative, and original.
  • Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, high-energy environment.
  • Able to work outside regular business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Well-versed in telling stories through various forms of digital media.
  • Able to work independently and in team environments.
  • Physical ability to lift equipment is required.
  • Some travel may be necessary.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check is required.  
  • Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to walk significant distances, including up and down stairs, as required throughout the venue, as well as stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head in conjunction with tasks.
Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions (i.e., heat, rain, cold, snow, wind). 

SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time, salary position. Due to the nature of the industry, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays during Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games and special events.

ABOUT OUR CLUB: 
Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional soccer clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021, bringing top-tier professional sports back to Kentucky for the first time in nearly 50 years.
