Job Description
FC Tulsa is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, results-oriented sales professional that will be instrumental in building the ticketing sales strategy and creating the foundation to surpass short-term and long-term ticket revenue, attendance and retention goals. The Director/Manager, Ticket Sales will report to and collaborate with the Team President.

The ideal candidate will be a trailblazer with a proven track record in leading sales teams within the sports and entertainment industry. They will possess a unique blend of sharp business acumen and creativity, focusing on developing the club's ticketing strategy through cutting-edge sales techniques and outstanding team leadership.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and executing the short-term and long-term ticket sales strategies of the organization 
  • Actively sell and maintain a healthy book of ticket sales business 
  • Identify, recruit, hire, train and lead a sales team to build a dynamic sales environment that will exceed the sales goals of the organization 
  • Evaluate the daily activities of the sales team and provide regular feedback, training, coaching and leadership during weekly reviews 
  • Set team and individual sales goals, monitor daily, weekly and monthly results. Goals should consist of $s closed, as well as top and mid funnel sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the CRM manager to articulate ticket sales campaign strategies, and desired lead list segmentations and reporting. They should then manage Ticket Staff to execute the sales campaign. 
  • Meet weekly with the Ticket Sales team on CRM Pipeline management, best practices, and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and efficiently maintain all group sales campaigns and lead distribution within the club CRM (Hubspot).
  • Develop and execute detailed premium and ticket sales and service strategies, establishing clear objectives and actionable steps to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide guidance on the sales process with every team member, including assistance with prospecting, qualifying potential clients, presenting solutions and hosting consistent meetings with everyone on a regular basis 
  • Regularly measure the effectiveness of the organization’s various sales campaigns and offerings and provide recommendations for further improvement 
  • Cultivate strong relationships within the community that will encourage tickets sales and build a sales pipeline
  • Maximize all group sales categories by executing best practices and implementing new and innovative group theme nights.
  • Utilize feedback from customers to develop additional benefits, address concerns, improve communication and better the ticket offerings moving forward
  • Represent the organization in the community at various events and work to identify new key community relationships and partnership that will assist in growing the organization 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sport Management, or a related field 
  • 4+ years of experience in ticket or other B2B and B2C sales 
  • 1+ year of sales leadership experience 
  • Strong technical experience using and managing sales staff through a CRM (Hubspot Preferred)
  • Proven ability to build, develop and retain a staff 
  • Team above self-mentality
