About Rhode Island FC (USL) & RIFC Stadium at Tidewater Landing:
Rhode Island FC launched their inaugural season in 2024 as a part of the United Soccer League (USL), Championship Division. RIFC will open a 10,500-seat state-of-the art soccer specific stadium in downtown Pawtucket, RI along the banks of the Seekonk River. RIFC Stadium at Tidewater Landing will become the official home to professional soccer in the Ocean State. Included in the 10,500 seats will be 1,100 premium seats including luxury suites, loge boxes, field seats, club seats and field side pavilions. RIFC Stadium at Tidewater Landing is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2025. 
 
Overview:
An Account Executive, New Stadium Sales will be responsible for driving revenue for RIFC Stadium at Tidewater Landing through the selling of season tickets, premium sales (suites, loge, field seats, club seats), group sales and other sales initiative as needed. 

Job Description
  • Execute sales calls and presentations promoting the purchase of New Stadium ticket products to meet sales objectives set by leadership.
  • Responsible for conducting the minimum KPI expectations for outside meetings per week (provided by leadership), with corporate prospects to build relationships and lead to sales.
  • Proactively solicit and follow-up on personal sales leads under the guidelines established by supervisors by utilizing CRM. Regularly prospect to keep pipeline filled with contacts who have some likelihood to purchase products. Pipelines should have enough contacts to meet minimum KPI expectations of weekly calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Participate in regular/scheduled meetings with the Dir./SVP to establish best processes and strategies for driving new business and retaining existing clients.
  • Work additional events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required and assigned by management. These events are hosted with the aim of prospecting or entertaining prospective clients.
  • Work closely with other members of the ticket sales and service department to ensure inventory integrity by submitting every deal sheet through CRM once verbally agreed to by client, efficient levels of customer service and timely responsiveness to inbound leads.
  • Work all home games, some stadium events such as international games, concerts and other special events held at RIFC Stadium. This role will be working nights, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the organization.
 
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).     
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • Proven track record in developing long-lasting business relationships with clients.
  • A self-starter with a competitive drive and initiative.
  • Polished presentation skills, with an ability to think and react to situations quickly and confidently.
  • Assertive, persistent, and results oriented.
  • Must be able to support team environment and adhere to department guidelines.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn required business systems.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales experience preferred; sports sales experience a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Experience and training in SeatGeek Microsoft CRM, or other Customer Relations Management system.

Potential OTE - $50,000 to $75,000
