  • Currently with a strong and growing market position in the US, we are looking for a Sales and Customer Success Manager to help us grow our market share in the US, expand globally, and establish Balltime as a leading company in sports technology.

Job Summary

We are a small and scrappy team looking for a Sales and Customer Success Manager who can drive our sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the CSO to set strategy, coordinating with our marketing and junior team members on execution.

You will develop, implement, execute, track, and optimize all sales efforts, while also managing customer relationships, upselling, and ensuring long-term retention and success. We are looking for a candidate who can take ownership of sales targets, generate new leads, close inbound leads, and develop new strategies to ensure continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the volleyball youth clubs, high school and collegiate programs market.
  • Inbound Leads: Take ownership of inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, understand customer needs, and convert them into opportunities.
  • Outbound Sales: Proactively develop outbound sales initiatives, target new leads, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Conversion: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for key decision-makers.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, provide forecasts, and generate actionable insights.
  • Customer Success: Manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the product within key accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a combined sales and customer success role (SaaS or sports tech preferred) is preferred. 
  • A strong network in the volleyball youth club and collegiate ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Passion for volleyball and the sports technology sector.

Compensation

$70K–80K base salary + competitive commission plan, with additional benefits and flexible work arrangements. The base salary is negotiable based on experience.
