What are we looking for?
We are looking for passionate, innovative, driven, and resourceful individuals who want to be part of our growing company and dynamic industry. The desired candidate is a professional and self-motivated attorney with strong transactional skills and experience. 

What would you do?
As a Corporate Counsel, you will support all areas of the company in a variety of legal matters.  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Draft, review, negotiate and interpret a variety of agreements, including ticketing agreements, event-related agreements, confidentiality agreements, service/vendor agreements and employment agreements
  • Develop and improve agreement templates, transaction workflows and processes for tracking contract terms
  • Ensure company compliance with law, including monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to company business
  • Provide strategic advice to internal team on a variety of legal and business areas and risks, including in the areas of deal management, employment, privacy, insurance and intellectual property
  • Maintain, improve and enforce company policies
  • Other duties as assigned
What is required to succeed?
  • 3+ years of transactional experience at a law firm or corporate legal department (5+ years preferred; experience in sports or entertainment preferred)
  • Juris Doctor and admission in good standing to a U.S. state bar
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and analytical capabilities
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Desire to develop new competencies and take on challenges
  • Commitment to integrity and honesty
  • Interest in sports and entertainment ticket business and legal issues
