We are looking for a Software Implementation Project Manager (6-months Contractor). 

This position is a direct report to the CEO, focused on translating customer requirements into actionable user stories, and to ensure that these user stories are being tracked and delivered to the customer.

You won't need to write code for new products, but you will need to understand the technical details of products quickly, and independently. You will need to author user stories based on your ability to understand engineering/system details. You will need to be able to debug customer issues, identify root-cause, and create the necessary JIRA tasks for subsequent resolution. 

THE ROLE.
  • Reviews all customer communication channels daily, and raises JIRA tickets for all customer requests. 
  • Authors JIRA user stories for all customer requests, as requests come in. 
  • Authors acceptance criteria and test cases for all customer requests, as requests come in. 
  • Performs a first level of user-acceptance testing for all customer delivery. 
  • Tracks the delivery and progress of all customer requests daily
  • Communicates back to the customer on a daily basis, on the status of the customer requests. 
  • Learns the YinzCam Content Management System (CMS) independently and quickly, with the ability to make changes needed by the customer. 

THE REQUIREMENTS.
  • MUST HAVE a Computer Science or a Computer Engineering degree. 
  • 4+ years of experience managing software implementation projects, especially for mobile apps.
  • 4+ years of expertise in using Figma, to support design-asset creation.
  • 4+ years of expertise in JIRA, JQL, writing user stories, tracking product requirements.
  • 4+ years of expertise in using Figma, to support design-asset creation.
  • Flawless written communication, with attention to grammar, punctuation, and copywriting.
  • Ability to work in-person, out of the office, 5 days a week, from 830am-6pm. 
  • Ability to work the non-traditional hours of the sports industry, including weekends, evenings and holidays (when sports teams have their games scheduled), as needed.
