Description: As a full-time Sales Associate for Visua and VirtCh you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and future clients. You will work directly with the Director of Sales as well as the marketing department to execute deals and expand lead lists. We are looking for applicants that have a passion for sports, a desire to learn and a positive attitude to bring with them to work every day. 

Timeline/ location:
  • Full Time
  • Asheville, NC or La Crosse, WI

Responsibilities: 
  •  Make cold calls to professional sports and collegiate organizations to drive leads
  •  Develop lead strategy to open new markets and expand current. 
  •  Keep detailed communication records on company CRM system
  •  Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns so that they are being followed up on and maximized
  •  Coordinate with marketing and sales engineering to develop proposals and quotes. 
  •  Travel as needed. Expected to travel 25% of the time (this is subject to change)
  •  Plan road trips to visit prospects in person at their facilities
  •  Attend trade shows as needed
  •  Attend league conferences or all-star games as needed
  •  Participate in on-going training
  •  Understand the basics of what we sell as a company by going through training sessions or attending department meetings
  •  Assist on a project install to understand what we do and how we do it
  •  Shadow senior sales and go on road trip to visit clients/prospects
  •  Roles are subject to grow and change over time as the company grows

What we are looking for: 
●       Experience in sales, preferably in the sports and or A/V industry
●       Professional verbal and written communication both internally and externally
●       Must be organized, self-motivated, coachable, adaptable 
●       Willingness to travel extensively within the region
