JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for natural leaders with an all hands on deck, not afraid to roll up their sleeves, kind of attitude. For this role you must be able to commute to Baltimore & DC as needed

Responsibilities:
- Data & Analysis
- Gather, analyze and present business performance and financial data to senior members of the organization
- Build Spreadsheets & Functions with intermediate to advanced excel and google sheet skills
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Provide business performance insights and recommendations by performing data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Sports Operations
- Present the chief executive and other senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis
- Maneuver and plug into key areas of the business to support ongoing projects and initiatives with the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Analyze and identify process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
- Write clear and well-structured standard operating requirements
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Strategy & Special Projects
- Handles confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Work with leadership to measure team performance and provide tactical support to implement new ideas
- Completing special projects and initiatives; convey recommendations, effectively manage expectations of key stakeholders, and provide regular project status updates
- Attends & Supports meetings by identifying key takeaways & following up on action items to ensure completion
Skills:
- Spreadsheet Expert (excel & google sheets)
- Presentation Development (Canva, Slides, and PowerPoint)
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree; minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented and have ability to meet strict time frames
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Time management
- Organizational skills
- Be able to multitask and work under strict details
- Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
- Experience in working cross functionally with multiple teams and departments
- Ability to work nights and weekends (as needed)
